Pressure Pipe Rehab

PPCC is partnered with Advantage Reline to offer trenchless pressure pipe rehab services. Advantage is one of the most experienced FFRP (Flexible Fabric Reinforced Pipe) installers in North America. Advantage installs Primus Line FFRP, which is unique lining material that is manufactured in Germany.

Primus Line is a three layered, Kevlar reinforced hose material that is designed to be pulled into a host pipe, inflated and terminated at either end to form a structurally self-supporting rehab solution. Primus Line eliminates joints and increase c-factor. It is an ideal solution for rehab of creek and railways crossings as well as dense urban areas with little room for trenching. Since Primus Line is self supporting, it can also be used above grade for a bypass or overland temporary piping.
